Historic Korean Peace Treaty Recorded in Ethereum Blockchain

When the South and North Korean leaders came together and signed a peace treaty between the two nations, the historic moment  was permanently recorded on the ethereal blockchain  on April 27.

According to CoinDesk Korea , Ryu Gi-hyeok, a former game developer from South Korea who is 27 years old , coded the so-called Panmunjom Declaration to include a line in which the phrase “there will be no more war in the Korean peninsula”. This encoding was done in both Korean and English , and two versions were stored in two separate EtherEum processes.

South Korea’s Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un shake hands with each other last week, as the world-wide echoing news. This action put an end to the Korean war.

Ryu talked to CoinDesk Korea:

“I just thought that the South and the North had to wait for each other to extend the olive branch to the north. After learning how to contribute to this historic main developer, I found the Panmunjom Beyannames on the Blue House homepage and recorded it on the ethereum. “

Ryu, who has been inspired by #meteoo activists who have recorded messages using ethereal blockchain to come from the top of the Internet luck in China, also said he plans to open a web page that will allow him to register “all the historical records forever and on an unchangeable basis” on the blockchain.

In the previous action, known as the #Metoo movement, Peking University, one of the prestigious and leading universities of China, received a clear letter expressing the censure of such a rape incident by a top- rated student throughout China’s Internet network . However, this letter was later recorded on the ethereal blockchain by coded and unidentified individuals.

This movement fired a rogue among the members of different universities in China, and they voiced their support for the person who wrote the letter using blockchain.
