Tezos (XTZ) is said to be the first self-evolving blockchain, focused on bringing decentralized applications and smart contract operations to XTZ users and developers interested in Dapp creation.
Tezos was one of the top 20 live trading currencies for quite some time, however, with the latest dips, Tezos dropped to the rank of the 21st largest crypto, allowing Bitcoin Gold (BTG) to join the list of top 20 toppers.
Tezos is marking some major losses with going down by over -20% in the last seven days, also dropping in the last 24 hours on the third day of December.
Tezos lost over -95% since making its all-time high of around 10$, however, we can now see it trading below 0.50$ at 0.47$ after the latest dips, marking new lows.
Is Tezos able to rebound towards new highs or will XTZ keep trading at the value below 1$?

XTZ is losing -20% in the course of the last week despite the fact that the last seven days provided the crypto market with a significant chance for taking a rebound against the fiat.
Even at the beginning of December, XTZ is dropping with the rest of the market, marking new losses and currently trading at the value of 0.47$.
Before the November dip took a turn, XTZ was trading at 1.25$ still away from its record price, however, during the course of the next two weeks, Tezos dropped to its current value, that way marking a new low.
At the same time, XTZ is losing -82% of its value since December 2017, making it hard for Tezos to take a serious rebound at the current pace of growth.
In case the negative trends prevail, XTZ will have to settle with the top price of 0.60$ or take another dip towards 0.20$.
More enthusiastic predictions indicate that XTZ might get back to 1$ by the end of 2018.

In case 2019 would bring more dips with it, Tezos would be more likely to keep its value below the price of 1$, settling with the highest price of 0.80$ and the lowest of 0.20$.
In the best case scenario, XTZ would be able to get back to 1$ with a potential to reach the value of 2$.

If XTZ is able to enter 2020 at the price of 2$, the more optimistic predictions imply that XTZ could take a massive rebound towards getting to the price of 8$, that way getting close to its all0-time high of 10$.
If the bearish trends prolong, XTZ will keep its price at the top of 3$ in the best case scenario or drop below 1$ once again.

Since Tezos is a so-called self-evolving platform, it is not hard to presume that the project is more likely to survive the frequent dips, which means that XTZ could take a rebound in the course of the next 6 years.
